Graham was Mayor of Droitwich Spa for the year 97/98 during which he instigated the saltworkers statue and got the first purpose built skateboard park up and running. He has not been a member of any council for the last four years, but is now so angry with the controlling Tories ignoring public opinion  (closing the Lido, Waitrose, closing the skateboard park, etc) that he now again speaking up for the people of Droitwich Spa.
